Ottobrunn / Taufkirchen / Brunnthal – The Freising State Building Authority will carry out extensive construction work on the B471 south of Ottobrunn from Monday, September 1st, until approximately Friday, October 31st.
Restrictions Due to B471 Renovation: Full Closures and Diversions near Ottobrunn
The affected section runs between the A8 exit “Taufkirchen-Ost” and the bridge over the A99. The renovation will take place in several phases and includes the roadway, pedestrian and cycle paths, as well as parts of district roads M12 and M19.
Various closures, including the motorway junction, will be necessary for the road repairs. During the first construction phase from Monday, September 1st, to Friday, September 12th, the intersection of B471 and Rosenheimer Landstraße (district road M12 and state road 2078) will be fully closed for approximately two weeks.
During this first phase, the commercial areas Taufkirchen-Ost, Brunnthal Nord, and IKEA will only be accessible from the west and not via the B471/Rosenheimer Landstraße intersection or the A99 exit “Ottobrunn.”
Renovation of Parking Areas East of Rosenheimer Straße
Simultaneously with the road repairs, the renovation of the parking areas along the B471 east of Rosenheimer Landstraße will begin. Both parking areas will be fully closed for this purpose. Additionally, the pedestrian and cycle path running north of the B471 will be impassable as it is also being renovated. The second construction phase is expected to begin on Monday, September 15th.
