From October 3rd to November 9th, the theme park resort will transform into a world full of spooky highlights. On Saturdays in October, the resort will have extended hours until 8:00 PM and will present its Legoland parade with a Halloween theme as well. To mark the end of the season on November 8th, a fireworks display will once again light up the sky above Miniland.
This year, a new attraction awaits visitors: the Monster Trail. For this, the hall of the “Power Builder” ride has been completely redecorated, according to a press release. Brave families can explore the laboratory of the mad professor, the witch’s kitchen, and the dark dungeon of Lord Vampyre here.
In the Knights’ Kingdom area of the park, a spooky street will be decorated again, and thousands of pumpkins will be displayed throughout the park. Witch Pimpinella distributes tasty treats in her hut in the enchanted forest. There is also a major building activity for Halloween again this year: families can build Lego pumpkins together every day, which, brick by brick, are intended to grow into Germany’s largest Lego pumpkin patch. In the Legoland cinema, the 4D film “The Monsters Are Loose!” is shown daily.
The highlight is on October 31st. There will be a children’s costume contest, a dance party, and an activity where pumpkins can be painted. The grand finale then takes place on Saturday, November 8th, when the fireworks are ignited around 7:00 PM, marking the end of the season at the theme park. Afterwards, Legoland will take a break for several weeks before the winter season begins on November 28th. As reported, from November 28th to January 6th, families can expect a winter wonderland in the Günzburg theme park.
