The show focuses entirely on magic, nostalgia, and modern staging instead of animal acts. The big top will be erected right next to the widely visible “Umadum” Ferris wheel in the city’s east.
The traditional circus-theatre has once again chosen a prominent location for its visit, which will run until Sunday, December 7th. Guests can expect a program that combines top-tier acrobatics with music, light art, and theatre—a hallmark of Roncalli that has earned it international recognition for years.
The premiere is on Friday, October 24th, at 7:30 PM. After that, performances will run primarily from Wednesday to Sunday, with no shows on Mondays and Tuesdays. On several days, there will be double performances at 3:00 PM and 7:30 PM, and on Sundays at 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM. The final performance is on Sunday, December 7th. Part of the program includes the choreography “ARTistART” by Bernhard Paul.
Daughter of Roncalli Founder with a Special Surprise
Circus Roncalli describes its new show as “the most magical homage to the art world.” Also part of the ensemble is the daughter of Roncalli founder Bernhard Paul, Lili Paul-Roncalli. The “Let’s Dance” winner said she is looking forward to the guest performance in her hometown and has prepared a special surprise for Munich: “For ‘ARTistART,’ we drew inspiration from the surrealist artist Salvador Dalí. I’m thrilled to finally be able to present this special choreography to the Munich audience.”

The price list ranges from €15 (restricted view) to €81 (balcony lodge) from Wednesdays to Thursdays, and from €15 to €83 from Fridays to Sundays. There are discount offers for families and larger groups.
