A Girl Was Robbed, Her Travel Pass and Cash Stolen? According to the Munich Police Investigation, There Was No Robbery
At the time, the 11-year-old girl reported that she was attacked on her way to school on Effnerstraße. She said she felt pain in her head and discovered that her cash and her travel pass were missing.
The Munich criminal police, Commissioner’s Office 21, took over the investigation to determine the exact circumstances and background of the incident.
As a result of extensive police investigations, it was determined that the girl’s descriptions did not match the facts. The reported robbery did not take place, and the corresponding public appeals for witnesses, which had been circulated by the police, have been retracted.
