His albums «X», «÷», «=» and «-» released as part of the iconic “Mathematics series” all reached number one in the German charts, and his newest album, “Play” (2025), recently confirmed this success. Before embarking on the “Loop” World Tour in 2026, the musician will visit Munich: Ed Sheeran will give a concert at the Olympiahalle on Wednesday, December 3rd. This is currently his only planned visit to Germany.

Ed Sheeran’s concert at the Olympiahalle in Munich is scheduled for Wednesday, December 3, 2025, at 8:00 PM. Doors will open at 5:30 PM, according to Olympiapark.

The British band Nizlopi and the Irish band Biird will perform as special supporting guests for Ed Sheeran, according to Olympiapark.

Tickets for Ed Sheeran’s performance at the Olympiahalle initially cost between €100.35 and €144.35 through Eventim. However, it should be noted that the concert is already sold out, and tickets are no longer available through Eventim and München Ticket. Nevertheless, fans still have an option to purchase tickets.

Purchasing Remaining Tickets

Resale of tickets from fan to fan is permitted through Fansale, the official Eventim platform. Prices currently range from €107.85 to €215.70. It is important to note: the tickets are digital and personalized. According to Eventim, only the buyer whose name is on the ticket, along with their accompanying guests, will be admitted; ID checks will be carried out at the entrance.

Fansale, according to its own information, is authorized to resell tickets that were purchased through Eventim. However, before purchasing, it is necessary to individually verify whether it is possible to re-register the tickets to another name in time before the concert. Other unofficial platforms for purchasing fan tickets do not provide a reliable option.

How to Get to the Olympiahalle

The Olympiahalle is accessible by public transport using the U3 subway line (underground) in the direction of Moosach, stopping at Olympiazentrum. From there, the walk to the Olympic Park takes about ten minutes. Visitors can also use tram lines 20 and 21 (stop Olympiapark West) and tram line 27 (stop Petuelring). Bus routes 144 (stops Spiridon-Louis-Ring, Olympiasee, Olympiaberg), 173 (stops Olympiazentrum, Olympia-Eissportzentrum, Petuelring), 177, and 178 (stop Petuelring) also stop near the Olympiahalle.

Those traveling from more distant locations can use the S-Bahn (suburban train) line S1 in the direction of Ostbahnhof (stop Moosach) or the S-Bahn line S8 in the direction of Herrsching (stop Marienplatz). From there, you have the option to transfer to the subway. For those arriving by car, a parking garage and parking lot are available at the Olympic Park.
