Legoland and Peppa Pig Park in Günzburg presented their event program for the new season

Both amusement parks in Günzburg will reopen on March 28, 2026. In addition to shows and various events, visitors can expect a redesigned Lego store.

Only a few weeks remain until the start of the new season at Legoland Deutschland. Even before the opening, the amusement park in Günzburg is providing a first glimpse into its plans for the current year. Fans can look forward to a large-scale modernization of the Lego store, a Ninjago-style event during the Easter holidays, and a Lego Festival in the summer. It has also been confirmed that the Winter Wonder program will take place again.

Right at the start of the season, the Lego store will appear in a new design and will have increased by 200 square meters. Now, on an area of 849 square meters, fans will find more than 900 building sets and over 500 other products related to the bricks. The store itself will become a playground: guests can experiment, for example, with the new Lego Smart Play system and the Smart Brick.

In 2026, Legoland will add 750,000 new Lego bricks

An impressive object will be the Tree of Creativity—a whimsically designed tree 4.8 meters high featuring typical German, Bavarian, and characteristic Legoland scenes. The park already has more than 57 million Lego pieces, and in 2026, more than 750,000 new ones will be added. More than 250,000 of these will belong to the second new major model of the resort—Professor Brick, who will greet arriving families at the roundabout in front of the park gates.

From March 28 to April 12, Legoland will transform into a ninja training camp. In honor of the 15th anniversary of Lego Ninjago, everything will be dedicated to the heroes of this series. Challenges distributed throughout the park, interactive shows, and building activities will be a challenge for adults and children.

After last year’s premiere of the Lego Festival, the event is moving into its second round. A program of music, dancing, and construction fun will ensure a festival atmosphere throughout the summer. Motorsport enthusiasts can expect special surprises—details will be announced during the first half of the year. Additionally, Long Summer Nights will take place: on Saturdays August 1, 8, and 15, the park will be open until 10:00 PM—with live music and fireworks as the final chord.

From October 3, Legoland will celebrate Halloween

From October 3, Lego monsters will settle in the park: until the beginning of November, spooky entertainment is on the program. After a short break, a sparkling conclusion to the year will follow with the Winter Wonder program on selected days starting at the end of November—with thousands of lights, a ten-meter Christmas tree made of Lego Duplo, shows, and a daily winter parade.

Since 2024, the resort’s offering has been supplemented by Peppa Pig Park. In the third season, small fans can expect many new adventures. Right from the season opening, the family will celebrate Peppa’s Colorful Spring together. After that, Peppa Pig will go on a world tour. In the summer, pirates will take command: together with Peppa and George, as part of Pirate Weeks, it will be possible to go on a research tour. From October 7, a Halloween program will provide the experiences.Source: AZ
