Berlin rapper Bushido (47) and his family intend to split their time between Dubai and Bavaria in the future. On Instagram, his wife Anna-Maria Ferchichi posted a photograph of the villa and a video showing the interior. In the caption, the couple noted: “We have decided to have two homes and commute between them. We really hope that Munich and Grünwald will welcome us warmly, and we are approaching this event with complete composure.”
Grünwald is an elite suburb of Munich. Bushido also shared the post on his own profile. Since 2022, the rapper and his family have resided in Dubai. Bushido, whose real name is Anis Mohamed Ferchichi, and Anna-Maria have been married since 2012. They share seven children, including triplets. Anna-Maria (44) also has a son from a previous marriage.
Why the Family is Moving
Regarding the reasons for establishing a second home in Bavaria, Anna-Maria and Bushido wrote: “Dubai is wonderful; we have great friends there, many pleasant memories, and we feel a close connection to the place. At the same time, we noticed how much we miss Germany, especially our family, the nature, and that special feeling of home.” In an Instagram story, the couple discussed missing the small things, such as simply being able to open a window for fresh air or letting the dog out into the garden.
Over 850 Square Meters of Living Space and 19 Rooms
There should be plenty of space for the dog in the new residence. The property spans over 4,000 square meters, with 850 square meters dedicated to living space. This information comes from a listing posted by Sotheby’s International Realty on the professional network LinkedIn. The couple reportedly paid approximately €33 million for the 19-room villa.
It appears they have already received the keys. On Thursday, Anna-Maria shared moving details with her followers, noting that the handover was imminent and they were eagerly anticipating the moment. The family now faces the task of moving into the rooms and beginning the interior design.
A Difficult Phase in the Marriage
The couple has recently been public about relationship struggles. In December, on their podcast In Bed with Anna-Maria and Anis Ferchichi, they addressed breakup rumors. Bushido revealed that in early September, he had left the shared home in Dubai and moved into an apartment. Despite this, he and Anna-Maria remain a couple. Starting in mid-January, the rapper will embark on his farewell tour.
