Munich District – The “Aschheim Advent” will take place over the weekend of November 28-30. Mayor Florian Mayer and priests Adrian Zessin and Torsten Bader will officially open the market alongside the Aschheim Men’s Choral Society on Saturday, November 29, at 2:00 PM. The festivities kick off even earlier on Friday evening at 7:00 PM with an Advent concert by the Aschheim Brass Band. On Sunday, an Advent church service will begin at 10:30 AM in the St. Peter and Paul Church, with the market opening at 2:00 PM. St. Nicholas (Nikolaus) and his companion Krampus will visit the children on Saturday at 5:15 PM and on Sunday at 4:30 PM. What’s On in 2025 at the Neukeferloh Community Hall and Haar
Visitors to the Neukeferloh Community Hall will be greeted by a winter landscape with market stalls. Inside, local artisans will sell knitted accessories, handmade decorations, and small gifts. Children can explore a magical forest. On Saturday, November 29, the market will be open from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and on Sunday, November 30, from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM. What’s On in 2025 in Kirchheim and Aying
Numerous clubs and organizations will be represented at the Kirchheim Christmas Market. They will offer treats and handmade Christmas items on Saturday, December 6, from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM and on Sunday, December 7, from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Pfarrer-Kaspar-Mayer-Platz. The local mascots, Kirk and Stetti, will be present, and St. Nicholas will visit the children on Sunday at 4:00 PM. A post-market party will start on Saturday evening at 10:00 PM. A cozy atmosphere is guaranteed on all four Advent weekends at the Aying Christmas Market in the Bräustüberl beer garden. Opening Times in Neubiberg and Hasing (Unterhaching)
The Christmas spirit returns to Neubiberg on the first Advent Sunday—this year, again, in front of the town hall. The Neubiberg Christmas Market will run from Friday, November 28, to Sunday, November 30. Decorated wooden stalls will feature a variety of offerings from market traders, artisans, businesses, clubs, and organizations. The market hours are Friday from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Saturday from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM, and Sunday from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
Unterhaching will also set up its pre-Christmas tents on the first Advent Sunday at Rathausplatz and Hofmarkweg. Various local clubs will serve guests. From Friday (4:00 PM-9:00 PM), Saturday (12:00 PM-9:00 PM), and Sunday (12:00 PM-8:00 PM), visitors can get into the Christmas spirit with mulled wine and music. Höhenkirchen, Putzbrunn, and Taufkirchen: 2025 Christmas Market Schedule
The Christmas market at the community barn on Egmatinger Straße in Höhenkirchen-Siegertsbrunn opens on the first Advent weekend. It starts on Saturday from 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM and on Sunday, November 30, from 11:00 AM to 6:30 PM.
The Mayor of Putzbrunn, Edwin Klostermeier, will open the Christmas market on Saturday, November 29, at 3:00 PM in the parking lot of the community hall at Hohenbrunner Straße 3. The market features numerous tents from local clubs and organizations and is open from 3:00 PM to 8:30 PM on Saturday and from 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM on Sunday, November 30. St. Nicholas appears daily at 5:00 PM.
On the second Advent weekend, December 6 and 7, the town hall square in Taufkirchen will transform into an enchanted setting for the “Magic of Snowflakes” Christmas market from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM, complete with stalls, stilt-walkers, and more.
2025 Christmas Markets in Ottobrunn and Hohenbrunn
The town hall square in Ottobrunn will become an Advent meeting point during its Christmas market on Saturday, December 6, from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and on Sunday, December 7, from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
The series of Christmas markets in the southeastern part of the district will conclude with the Hohenbrunn market on the third Advent Sunday, December 14, from 11:00 AM to 6:30 PM at Pfarrer-Wenk-Platz, and the Brunnthal community market starting at 3:00 PM in the parking lot on Jungstraße.
Unterföhring will set up its Christmas market in front of the community hall at Münchner Straße 65: Friday, December 5, from 5:00 PM to 9:30 PM; Saturday, December 6, from 2:00 PM to 9:30 PM; Sunday, December 7, from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Baierbrunn, Pullach, Grünwald: Christmas Markets in the Southern Munich District
In Baierbrunn, the Christmas market opens on the first Advent Sunday, November 30, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM on Kirchen- und Bahnhofstraße near the town hall.
The Pullach market also begins on the first Advent weekend: on Friday, November 28, at 4:00 PM (until 8:30 PM) at the church square, continuing on Saturday from 3:00 PM to 8:30 PM and on Sunday from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
In Grünwald, the local friends’ association will host “Advent at the Town Hall” on Monday, December 8, starting at 1:00 PM.
