Turkish Pop Icon Tarkan Returns to Munich After Seven-Year Hiatus

Популярный турецкий певец Таркан возвращается на сцену после семилетнего творческого перерыва: 30 мая 2024 года он выступит в мюнхенской Olympiahalle с долгожданным концертом в рамках нового тура.

Born in Alzey, Germany, and raised in Turkey, Tarkan first rose to international fame in the late 1990s with his smash hit “Şımarık,” which became a global earworm and topped charts across Europe. He further solidified his status as a cultural ambassador in 2002 by composing “Bir Oluruz Yolunda,” the official anthem for Turkey’s national football team at the World Cup in Japan and South Korea.

His latest album, Kuantum 51, released in June 2024, marks his first full-length project since 2017, blending fresh material with the signature melodies that defined his earlier career. Fans can expect a dynamic set list mixing new tracks with timeless classics.
