Anniversary Program Features Major Names and Eclectic Sounds
This year’s event celebrates two decades of Sommernachtstraum, and organizers have pulled out all the stops. Alongside the previously confirmed main stage performers — Max Giesinger, Ásdís, and Nico Laska — the Halbinsel Stage will showcase three new acts, transforming the peninsula into an open-air dancefloor brimming with genre-spanning energy.
“The main stage will once again highlight big names in pop, while the Halbinsel acts as a vibrant open-air club,” the event’s organizers said in a press release. With the new additions, the full six-artist lineup is now complete.
Altin Gün Brings Psychedelic Anatolian Grooves to the Peninsula
One of the most anticipated acts on the Halbinsel is Altin Gün, an Amsterdam-based group renowned for blending Anatolian folk with psychedelic rock, funk, and reggae. Nominated for a GRAMMY and having graced global stages like Coachella, Primavera Sound, and Fuji Rock, Altin Gün is known for its dynamic performances and rich, analog-driven sound.
The band will present new material in 2025, following the global acclaim of their 2023 album Aşk. With a five-member lineup, they promise a high-energy set that fuses deep musical roots with modern edge.
Cosmica Bandida to Deliver Tropical Psychedelia with Electronic Flair
Joining the lineup is the Colombian-German duo Cosmica Bandida, offering an electrifying fusion of Latin American Cumbia, psychedelic elements, and club-ready beats. Their live performances are immersive and ritualistic, pairing traditional melodies with futuristic electronic textures.
Blending distorted guitars, synths, and deep bass lines, their sound is both raw and hypnotic — a bold addition for festivalgoers looking for something outside the mainstream.
HyTop Soundsystem Showcases Munich’s Electronic Underground
Also performing on the Halbinsel Stage is HyTop Soundsystem, a project led by Munich-based DJs and event curators Benjamin Röder and Manuel Kim. Known for transforming urban spaces into pop-up dancefloors, the duo has staged events at venues including the Deutsches Museum and the Volksbad.
Their sets combine house, disco, and electronic music with a strong focus on inclusivity and spontaneity. At Sommernachtstraum 2025, they aim to turn the peninsula into an open-air club under the stars.
